In this virtual workshop, Dr. Valerie Gaus, PHD, will discuss how local providers can formulate and deliver appropriate mental health treatment or support plans for adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Topics will include:

  • Ways ASD symptoms can appear in cognitively able, independent adults

  • Problems seen in adults with ASD who seek clinical or support services

  • Practical applications of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for clients with ASD
