Behavioral Objectives

Mental health clinicians who complete this workshop will be able to:

  1)  Describe common reasons autistic adults seek mental health services.

 2)  Identify the barriers autistic people face when trying to access mental health services.

   3)  Organize a multi-factor conceptualization of the mental health problems presented by an autistic client.   

  4)  Design an individualized treatment plan based on a multi-factor conceptualization of an autistic client’s presenting mental health problems.
